Randstad US Randstad NA SVP, Sales Strategy & Development in Concord, New Hampshire
The SVP of North American sales strategy is responsible for the development and execution of the sales strategy in North America. This strategy has a core foundation of Sandler Sales. The role will focus on all specialities within Randstad North America. This will include organizing and delivering executive Sandler Sales courses while aligning with the overall Randstad curriculum. Key alignment to marketing for consistent messaging and pull through. This person will develop effective field sales strategies to respond to changing market conditions; developing go to market strategies for new products and services and being responsible for aligning with field leadership on the strategic plan for each line of business. In addition, the role will provide field development for defined markets identified by Division Presidents and in coordination with the Business Knowledge team. Leading and developing the Inside Sales team to expand sales outreach and fully leverage marketing generated opportunities.
Develop strategy and skills to improve sales productivity utilizing the Sandler methodology aligned to different levels of sellers; foster strategic alliances, business partnerships, and relationships with stakeholders/division leaders; develop and integrate new, updated and customized learning paths specific to LOB needs; explore and develop expanded selling opportunities; understand and align go to market sales strategy to growth goals of the business.

Continue developing Inside Sales concept with focus on revenue growth
drive and participate in commercialization workstreams and speciality sales redesigns as concepts evolve
sales enablement content creation in conjunction with marketing and/or sales leaders
Must be a Sandler certified Ambassador and function under the contractual Ambassador agreement
Develop and deliver advanced sales training for all US and Canada senior sellers
Develop and deliver sales training for all US retail sellers throughout RGS
Develop and deliver sales training for nominated franchise sales people in coordination with franchise sales leadership
Develop and deliver customized sales training programs at division leaders’ request
Visit retail branches monthly for coaching and to understand reality and insure content alignment
Point of contact for relationship with Sandler corporate; responsible for contract management and negotiation
Business Knowledge partner - collaborate with BK team for onboarding content and integration of Sandler concepts; develop sales training to complement bk training for field sales
manage, coach, develop and hold accountable all members of sales training and inside sales teams
What you need to bring:
4 Year / Bachelors Degree
Advanced degree strongly preferred
10-15 years Sales and sales management experience
Specific knowledge of Sandler Sales methodology
Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
Experience solving difficult business issues with creative solutions
Superior coaching skills
Ability to develop safe and trusting atmosphere for learning
Ability to develop company-wide strategies and goals
Provide leadership on company culture initiatives
Able to interact with high-level decision makers
Strong conceptual and analytical skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels of company personnel

Pay Rate: $219,390.00 - $138,947.00 Annually

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent..
