Job Summary

As a HCM Compliance and Risk Analyst Intern, you will work directly with our VP of HCM Solutions and with various departments on our HR team performing a variety of tasks and projects.

Job Description

We are looking for a HCM Compliance and Risk Analyst Intern . This role is a full-time, internship role and is remote . The internship dates are June 2, 2025 to August 1, 2025.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with payroll processing and time entry follow-up

  • Work with compliance, payroll, benefits, and risk management to complete playbooks for various processes within their teams

  • Work within HR systems, including Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Prepare materials and presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

  • Assist with the collection and organization of HR data for reporting

  • Support the HR team with special projects

What You'll Need

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a related field

  • Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher

  • Comfort level with Microsoft Suite

  • Experience with Excel

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
