The Associate Recruiter partners with hiring managers to fill open requisitions that are typically entry-level non-exempt clinical roles. This role is responsible for recruitment of candidates that bring the background and expertise needed for each role and who are also aligned to the company values. This position will work closely with the Human Resources team to support recruiting initiatives and projects.  A successful candidate will have the desire to grow and learn as a recruiter in a fast paced environment, have the ability to engage professionally with candidates, and possess a basic understanding of recruiting principles.

 

This position is hybrid, with onsite days in our corporate office in Concord, NH.

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to fill non-exempt job requisitions, ensuring to build strong relationships with Managers and become a trusted partner to them

  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources team

  • Manage recruiting process for non-exempt roles to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within the company to include candidate screening, job offers, and assisting with administrative duties

  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.

    Qualifications & Education:   

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, or related field required

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or other HR software applications.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
