The position demands a professional with sound knowledge of both accounts payable and receivable, along with collections operations. Job Responsibilities:

• Administration and precise record-keeping of both accounts payable and receivable.

• Handle collections in compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Perform daily financial transactions including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable’s data.

• Process invoices/bills, receipts, and other financial documents.

• Reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing account information.

• Facilitate and execute effective collection efforts on past due amounts.

• Prepare financial reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing account information.

• Assist in streamlining and improving the accounting process.

  Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Experience in handling full-cycle accounts payable and receivable.

• Proven experience in collections.

• In-depth understanding of general accounting principles.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with various departments.

• Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
