Robert Half Accounts Receivable Specialist in Concord, California

Description

  • Generate and send invoices to clients while ensuring accuracy.

  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding collections.

  • Reconcile payments and resolve unapplied cash discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address billing issues.

  • Maintain accurate customer account records.

  • Qualifications:*

  • 2+ years of hands-on accounts receivable experience.

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems like NetSuite, Sage, or SAP.

  • Proven attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

    Requirements

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

  • Experience: At least 2+ years of hands-on accounts receivable experience.

  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ERP systems like NetSuite, Sage, or SAP is crucial.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
