Quad Client Services Manager in Commerce, California

What You'll Do:
Be the Client’s Go-To Partner: You’ll be the primary point of contact, working on-site at client headquarters to build and strengthen relationships at every level.
Lead a Rock-Star Team: Manage and mentor Project Managers and Production Coordinators, ensuring smooth execution across multiple channels like print, social media, email, and in-store signage.
Drive Strategic Growth: Collaborate with the Director of Client Services to think outside the box and identify new opportunities to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
Tackle Exciting Campaigns: Lead the tactical execution of high-impact marketing campaigns that span retail print circulars, direct mail, social media, and more.
Make Things Happen: Manage multiple projects seamlessly while delivering high-quality results on time. You’ll ensure everything is double-checked, cross-checked, and client-approved.
Create Solutions: Always stay ahead by improving workflows, enhancing profitability, and delivering on client goals. You’re not just managing the business—you’re shaping the future.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in multi-channel marketing, with a strong background in retail and print. Minimum 3 years of management experience required.
Strategic Mindset: You’re a strategic thinker who can also dive into the details and execute flawlessly. Experience working with creative, media, print production, and digital marketing is a must.
Leadership Skills: You’re skilled at leading teams, managing performance, and cultivating a collaborative culture that drives results.
Client-Centric: Your communication skills are top-notch, and you know how to build relationships and deliver outstanding client service.
Detail-Oriented & Efficient: With your keen eye for detail, you’ll ensure all projects are accurate, aligned with client expectations, and delivered on time.

The salary range for this role is 85K-105K.
