Prairie Ridge Health Manager of Clinic Operations - 1.0 FTE in Columbus, Wisconsin
Prairie Ridge Health is looking for a team member to join our organization as role of Clinic Manager. This position is a 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday. This position is accountable for the daily operations of the PRH primary care and specialty clinics.
Position Summary:
The Clinic Manager provides day to day oversight of the clinic activities working closely with physicians, advance practitioners, clinic personnel, hospital employees and others to provide efficient and effective clinic operations; ensure appropriate staffing levels and scheduling of clinic personnel; fiscal and operational analysis and management, patient satisfaction and quality improvement. The Clinic Manager is responsible for staffing, budget development, and compliance with Joint Commission, HIPAA, and other regulatory agencies.
Education Requirements/Licensure/Certification/Registration
Bachelor’s degree with 3 or more years of management experience, an associate degree with a minimum of 5 years of management experience OR obtain an associate degree within 5 years of hire date and a minimum of 5 years of management experience.
Previous experience in managing a minimum of 10 staff people
