JPMorgan Chase Wealth Management, Client Data Associate in Columbus, Ohio
Within Global Wealth Management, we are currently looking to hire a qualified candidate to extend our business support model . This individual will be aligned to strategic technology builds and requests by our business, focused on delivering a prioritized book of work by working with the business to drive operational strategy of the end-the-end process by implementing change. This position will help execute the strategic technology roadmap working across the Maintenance function.
Supporting operational readiness and implementation activities
Gathering user feedback on product usage, features and functions
Providing project status updates to key stakeholders
Ensure timely and concise communication throughout the process
Support testing cycles (UAT, regression, system, prod checkout coordination/involvement)
Apply critical thinking to identify new ideas on how we can be more responsive to needs
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented individual with experience leading technical delivery with the following qualifications and skills:
Ability to prioritize and effectively deliver in time constrained environment
Self-driven with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience with technical delivery to deliver strategic solutions
Experience with Jira and portfolio reporting
Experience with Agile product delivery
Anticipates and resolves issues with a sense of urgency
Excellent communication skills ensuring transparency across all stakeholders
Adapts to a rapidly changing business and technical environment
Operational experience a plus
Wealth management experience a plus
