DevCare Solutions is looking for Software Developers to work in Westerville, OH and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Requires a Master's Degree* or foreign equiv. in Electronics Engineering or related field and exp. in writing complex SQL queries; support for legacy application programs; and design/dev't of programs using COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM and Webservices. Job Duties: Analyze, define, and document requirements for data and business processes; Design, document, and coordinate required changes to legacy modules; Coding and Testing for New and Existing Modules for Major Modifications and support for a Legacy applications programs; Responsible Writing complex SQL queries to retrieve/manipulate data from various tables to support business functionality; Document the programs and project deliverables as assigned; Analyze and estimate feasibility and compatibility with other programs and projects; Provide quality control for project deliverables; Support Release implementation plan and Post production verification; Support on-call during weekends. Minimum Requirements: Education: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics Engineering or related field. *In lieu of Master's Degree, a Bachelor's plus 5 yrs. of exp. is acceptable. Experience: 6 months experience in the position offered or in a related position.
