JPMorgan Chase Senior Product Delivery Associate in Columbus, Ohio

Fulfillment and Archive Services (FAS) is one of the largest products within CCB. The product provides enterprise solutions for employees and customers in 56 countries related to the creation and distribution of customer communications and statements, electronic processing of documents, and the storage, retrieval, and extraction of electronic documents in the enterprise archives. As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within the Fulfillment and Archive Services team, you will be the primary point of contact with clients, understanding their requests for FAS product Services, and developing a high-level description and estimate of the request using Agile and FAS standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong client skills, business analysis and requirement experience, and a strong desire to understand and grow in the Product and Agile environment.

Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross-line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. Job responsibilities

  • Manage requests for FAS services from engagement, through high level definition, estimation, to ready for Agile team engagement.

  • Address client and product concerns, escalations, and blockers to ensure requests meet quality standards and proper prioritization.

  • Develop deep relationship with Area Product Owners to understand their services and current backlog and capacity of their Agile teams.

  • Engage with architects and product experts to address client requests.

  • Communicate and document status of client requests utilizing JIRA and standard reporting sources

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years' experience or equivalent expertise with Products & Agile Methodology

  • Demonstrated ability to transform and align business requests to product requirements and services.

  • Strong client service skills including follow-up, running meetings and engaging resources as needed to be successful.

  • Collaborative and Service Oriented; Shows initiative through problem identification, ownership and resolution.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
