Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping others succeed? Join our team as a Driver Processor, where you'll play a key role in supporting our national recruiting efforts by ensuring that driver applicants are qualified and meet all safety and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will work closely with our National Recruiting team to process driver applications, verify experience, and ensure that applicants meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the National Recruiting team to support sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying driver applicants.

• Manage outbound and inbound calls to gather necessary documentation and verify applicant information.

• Contact previous employers and other carriers to verify driver experience and qualifications.

• Process applications to “Qualified Pending” status by ensuring all safety and regulatory criteria are met.

• Use the Tenstreet platform to track, update, and maintain accurate records of all applicants.

• Ensure applicants meet Safety Risk Management (SRM) standards through a thorough review of applications, third-party reports, and Verification of Previous Employment (VOPEs).

• Assist in reducing the time spent by safety teams on reviewing applications by delivering high-quality applicant files.

• Efficiently manage time to meet recruitment goals, processing multiple applications in a timely manner.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide timely follow-up with candidates to ensure the completion of all required steps and documentation in the application process.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Recruiting, Safety, and HR) to address applicant concerns or discrepancies in their applications.

• Updated on current Department of Transportation (DOT) and FMCSA regulations to ensure compliance.

• Participate in occasional recruitment campaigns or events as needed to support hiring efforts.

Required: Experience in Customer Service Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations is a advantage.
