Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a diligent HR Recruiter Coordinator in Columbus, Ohio. The role involves supporting a team with various HR functions, including handling requisitions, scheduling interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires. The recruited candidate will be part of a fast-paced working environment and will be expected to balance multiple priorities with professionalism and organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the opening of requisitions and ensure all necessary details are accurately captured.

• Schedule interviews in a timely manner, ensuring all parties are appropriately informed.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary steps are completed to facilitate a smooth transition into the company.

• Utilize various tools such as ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, Kronos Timekeeping System, and Microsoft Excel effectively to carry out tasks.

• Conduct background checks as part of the hiring process, ensuring all procedures are in line with company policy and legal requirements.

• Balance competing priorities effectively while maintaining a high level of organization.

• Ensure all documentation related to recruitment and hiring processes are accurately maintained and updated.

• Maintain professional communication at all times, particularly when dealing with queries related to the recruitment process.

• Utilize the 'About Time' system for effective time management.

• Perform other HR-related tasks as required, supporting the broader team with their needs.

Requirements • Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services for HR management

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for data transfer

• Experience using Careerbuilder for recruitment and hiring processes

• Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System for managing employee time and attendance

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reports

• Experience with About Time for time tracking and project management

• Ability to conduct and interpret Background Checks responsibly and ethically

• Understanding of Benefit Functions and ability to manage employee benefits

• Excellent Documentation skills for maintaining records and reports

• Familiarity with standard Hiring Processes and ability to conduct them efficiently and effectively
