Installed Building Products, LLC Real Estate Portfolio Manager in Columbus, Ohio
Installed Building Products is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and detail-oriented Real Estate Portfolio Manager. Roles & Responsibilities: Real Estate Strategy and Portfolio Management: * Develop and implement corporate real estate strategies to align with business goals and objectives. * Manage the company's portfolio of properties (office, industrial, residential, etc.), ensuring optimal space utilization and cost-efficiency. Lease Management & Negotiation: * Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and amendments to achieve favorable terms for the organization. * Work closely with legal teams to ensure all lease documents comply with company policies and local laws. * Oversee lease administration and maintain accurate lease files and records. * Work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate payment of lease obligations Facilitates Management: * Coordinate with branches to ensure that they have policies and procedures in place to ensure that they are meeting company standards as well as lease * requirements relating to building maintenance and repairs Market Research & Risk Management: * Stay up to date on real estate market trends, local laws, and potential investment opportunities. * Evaluate risks associated with real estate decisions, including market volatility, zoning laws, and long-term company growth. Qualifications: * A bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field is required; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred. * A certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a plus. * Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling and budget management. * Ability to negotiate and manage complex lease agreements and real estate transactions. * Knowledge of corporate real estate management software (e.g., Lease Harbor, MRI, CoStar, Yardi).
