Job Title: Construction Scheduler/ Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the creation and submission of RFI’s, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, support change order management, and monitor project schedules. Additionally, this role involves capturing project progress, leading project close-out, and developing an understanding of project finances.

Responsibilities

• Manage the creation and submission of RFI’s, ensuring integration into project documents

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers throughout the project submittal process

• Support the creation, submission, and management of change orders

• Capture project progress by updating contract documents and photographing the jobsite

• Monitor the project schedule and provide ongoing updates to Project Operations and Field Operations leaders

• Work closely with the team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the jobsite

• Lead project close-out, including documentation, warranties, waivers, as-builds, and attic stock

• Develop an understanding of project finances, working closely with Project Operations and Finance leaders

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel

• Prior scheduling experience for projects

• Comfortable with job site visits

• At least an associate degree in construction management or relevant experience

• Experience with data center projects, healthcare, commercial, and sports facilities is a plus

Work Environment

This position requires a mix of in-office work and job site visits. The company predominantly works on data center projects, which are in high demand nationwide. The role offers stability and a diverse range of projects, including data centers, healthcare, commercial, and sports facilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $38.46/hr.
