As a Product Delivery Manager in Customer Acquisition Marketing Platform, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination

  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners

  • Partners closely with all cross-functional teams across Product Owners, Technology, Design, Brand, Data & Analytics, Lines of Business, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and other corporate functions

  • Supports all planning and analysis, ensuring capacity and resource alignment, driving or overseeing project execution, and reporting of status to senior management

  • Provides reporting, analytical, communications and project support to all senior leaders

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area

  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities

  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes

  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies

  • Project management, Agile, Jira proficiency required

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills targeting various stakeholders and senior management

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal and influencing skills

  • Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through with set objectives

  • Is data driven and analytical, while also being a creative thinker

  • Constantly pushes boundaries of "what could be" to drive innovation

  • Always focuses on the big picture, considering impacts outside their given initiatives

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

  • Financial services industry experience

  • Excel at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills

  • Develops strong partnerships; recognized as a team player

  • Proven ability to take imitative, influence others, and achieve results

  • Skilled and comfortable at working in highly matrixed organization
