JOB SUMMARY:
The parts person will be responsible for excellent customer service, as extending optimal customer care and concern is a priority. This position will be required to complete tasks at the parts counter such as receiving parts calls, greeting, assisting walk-in customers, completing all paperwork, processing it accordingly, and handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions. They will be expected to perform all related warehouse duties, including accurate counting, receiving, and shipping of parts, receiving stock, accounting for warranty items, housekeeping, and building hose. This person is expected to perform all necessary tasks surrounding contamination control and have a strong focus on safety. Driving is required for this position.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Two or more years of warehouse and inventory experience is required. Some of this experience should be in a mechanical parts environment, preferably with knowledge and experience with CAT heavy equipment and diesel engine parts.
