Parking Attendant - Parking and Transportation Requisition ID 2024-53858 Category Other Overview Parking and Transportation - Parking Attendant The Parking Attendant is responsible for assisting the public with questions in the parking areas including, but not limited to helping to use the pay-on-foot stations, directions within hospital and conducting minor repairs to equipment. They will also operate gates and parking equipment to alleviate any backups in the parking areas. They may obtain cash from department vault, counting money at end of shift; attending and performing miscellaneous related duties. This position frequently works outside and can be exposed to the elements. Responsibilities * Designs and develops instructional materials, courses and training programs for licensed and unlicensed roles including nursing, ancillary, and supportive clinical roles. * Collaborates with clinical subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of course content. * Conducts needs analysis to determine training program content and methods that will meet clinical requirements. * Utilizes various instructional design methodologies and technologies to create engaging learning experiences. * Maintains up-to-date knowledge of new Epic product updates and ensures training programs and materials are current. * Evaluates and revises course materials based on feedback and assessment results and implements the necessary improvements and enhancements to improve outcomes. Qualifications Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, required. Masters Preferred. Skills: * Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills required to interact effectively with all hospital staff, medical staff, and external contacts (i.e. vendors). * Ability to communicate information service concepts to a broad range of technical and non- technical staff. Strong written, verbal, and listening skills are required with the ability to present effectively to small and large audiences. * Strong sense of individual accountability while being an excellent team player. * Ability to modify work schedules and practices to meet job r
