Our financial services client is looking for an Interaction Designer to work a 12-month role (with strong possibility of a 6-month extension after that). Candidates must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Columbus, OH (40 hrs/week).  Position Overview We are seeking a talented Interaction Designer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly designs that enhance the overall user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the user interface. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user interface requirements
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs
• Develop design specifications and guidelines to ensure consistency across products
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in interaction design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Proven experience as a UX Designer or Interaction Designer
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
