Anthem’s Internal Communications team is hiring an Integration Communications Director who will serve as a strategic advisor by collaborating with business leaders and corporate partners to ensure the seamless integration of Anthem human resources transformation efforts with Anthem’s broader enterprise strategy and culture.

About the role-
This high performing individual contributor will develop a cohesive message platform and compelling internal communications that effectively demonstrate how Anthem’s human resources transformation efforts will further support achievement of the enterprise strategy and the importance of exhibiting the company’s culture through high-performance mindsets and behaviors to achieve successful outcomes.
He/she will deliver a variety of strategic communications deliverables best suited to drive associate engagement and holistic adoption of the broader transformation. Sample communications mediums will include leadership talking points, speech writing, all-associate town hall content and scripts, news articles, associate testimonials, simulation videos, manager toolkits, podcasts, employee engagement initiatives, and innovative digital communications.
He/she will ensure associate feedback is incorporated into the transformation go-forward strategy through focus groups, polls, surveys and other means of capturing the associate voice.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Supports and writes CEO/executive communications. Shapes the content strategy and develops end-to-end integrated communications plans that reflect and drive the overall enterprise culture strategy. Consults, advises and leads through influence at both the senior level as well as at the communications associate level to entrench culture and strategy communications into day-to-day work and client messages.
BA/BS in a related field; 12 years of experience serving in senior advisory roles and working directly with executive management; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Must have experience writing directly for CEOs and other executive leadership team members; must have created and implemented enterprise-wide communications plans for strategic initiatives.
Highly preferred experience:
-Experience in Change Management and Change Communications
-Experience supporting a large-scale business transformation, especially one close to the Human Resources, Human Capital internal groups
-Experience understanding the varying Internal Associate personas
-Background in Digital Technology platforms key in Internal Communication space
