Responsibilities What You'll Do: Develop and implement data science strategies in various domains, including mental and behavioral health, genomics, and translational research. Conduct complex data analysis using advanced statistical modeling, machine learning, and big data analytics. Adhere to best practices in data science, including meticulous validation, rigorous analysis, and comprehensive documentation of data and algorithms. Engage in project management, data wrangling, and supervising junior staff and trainees. Mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of learning and growth. Collaborate effectively with various teams, including clinical, research, and administrative staff, to deliver data-driven solutions. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Qualifications: Master's degree accompanied by 10-20 years of experience, or a PhD with 3-12 years of experience, is required, with a background in a related field like Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Data Science, Co
