Aerotek HVAC Installer in Columbus, Ohio

Job Title: HVAC Installer

Job Description

1st shift - 7:30-4:30 (many employees prefer an early start to finish early)

Equipment:

  • Mostly rooftop units, packaged units, and split systems

  • Additional projects include: chillers, boilers, splits, exhaust fans, water source heat pumps, cooling towers, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively run HVAC equipment installation jobs without additional supervision

  • Prepping for equipment demo

  • Working with Crane Operators to deliver equipment

  • Setting equipment

  • Reading blueprints to understand where new equipment goes

Hard Skills

  • 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC Install projects

  • Experience running their own job

  • EPA universal 608

  • Valid license, insurable

  • Basic hand tools - multimeter, wrench, screwdriver, pliers, etc.

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

Working on install projects throughout Columbus, Ohio.

Work Environment

Multiple projects in the greater Columbus, OH area

Properties - Industrial, manufacturing, restaurants, refrigeration work, retail, hotels, health care, K-12, higher ed, etc.

1st shift - 7:30-4:30

Working on teams from 1-4 depending on project size
