Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role is available for long-term commitment on 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat) and 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat). Responsibilities include performing general facilities maintenance preventive measures and service calls. Tasks involve project-based work such as setting up and tearing down Christmas lights and decorations, a multi-month process. HVAC tasks are managed by a contractor.

Hard Skills

  • General facilities maintenance experience (commercial, industrial, or residential)

  • Plumbing (sinks, drains, faucets, toilets, urinals, piping)

  • Electrical (security systems, alarm systems, outlets, sockets, lights)

  • Groundskeeping (trash and landscape pick up)

  • Light carpentry (doors, locks)

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Columbus, Ohio.

Work Environment

The role involves working in the common areas such as halls, entrances, bathrooms, and outdoor area.
