ETL Developer I - PFK Business Services Requisition ID 2024-48728 Category Information Technology Overview ETL Developer I - PFK Business Services Full-Time, 1.0 FTE Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Assists in the development and maintenance of the PFK Data Platform. Ensures existing data integrations and processes operate accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities * Assists with developing project plans: including scoping, programming tasks, implementation plans, time estimates, and schedules. * Identifies and quantifies data issues within the organization and assists in the development plans to resolve data issues. * Develops code and systems to meet organizational needs in a variety of platforms including but not limited to Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Windows scripting, and Linux scripting. * Supports regular data management processes and ad hoc user requests. * Supports the maintenance of the analytic systems data dictionaries. * Works with both clinical and research data while keeping PHI exposure to a need-only basis. Qualifications Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Services, or related field, required. Skills: * Intermediate SQL skills required, including stored procedures. SQL Server or Oracle preferred. * Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to test and validate data, as well as evaluate and understand large and complex information sets. * Ability to assist in large-scale, multi-site, projects and balance short-term deliverables while building longer-term scalable solutions. * Demonstrated knowledge of data warehousing. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Experience: * Two years of experience in development, required. * One year of recent and relevant experience within an Oracle/SQL Server environment, required. * One year of experience in health care environment, required. * Experience working with data warehouse, OLTP, and OLAP environments, required. * Development experience in Python, preferred. * Common data model experience, preferred.
