S2 HR SOLUTIONS 1D, LLC DBT Service Line Leader in Columbus, Ohio

DBT Service Line Lead oversee service activities within the DBT service cell. They assist the DBT inside sales and Field Service team to complete orders, troubleshoot system issues, build assemblies, ship orders and communicate effectively within a fast moving business. They coordinate daily with a remote team to ensure customer satisfaction, orders are processed on time all without compromising on quality, and inventory is managed appropriately. The service line leader exhibits sense of urgency, efficiency and customer focus with a great amount of focus to detail. Key Responsibilities include: Collaborates daily with DBT inside sales to efficiently build product and effectively service large U.S. customer base. Is the quarterback for a large service business generating over $10M revenue annually. Maintains schedule integrity (delivering orders on time), reviews and updates orders and shipping information daily with DBT inside sales and proactively communicates any issues that affect deliveries. Reviews inventory and production cycles regularly. Ensures timely communication of important information to Field, Procurement and Inside Sales. Upholds a standard of work performance, behaviors, and core values. Manages accurate inventory level. Identifies inventory shortages and communicates buying to procurement manager. Mark and tag components so that stock inventory can be tracked and identified Pack finished order for shipment and prepare UPS shipment labels. Perform duties which require standing and walking on concrete floors daily, lift/move 25-65 pounds Qualifications: 3+ years of experience related experience in a manufacturing environment Technology background with emphasis in electronics, software or computer systems Demonstrated knowledge of multiple ERP systems (SAP preferred), or keen ability to learn. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Self-driven, motivated learner that asks questions and seeks information one needs for success.
