Our client, a Global leader in investment banking and wealth management, has a need for call center reps. These roles are long term temp-hire, hybrid and pay $19.17 an hour. If you are looking to work with a pretigious reputable firm, and have excellent customer service skills, please to this role! 8 hours shift between Mon-Sun from 6am-10 PM.

Responsibilities

Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on client's accounts. Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include client's Cash Management products and services, client's Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries. Successful applicants will be highly professional, career driven, and committed to World-Class Service.

· Ability to contribute in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.

· Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center
