• Training: 5 weeks, HYBRID (M/F WFH and T/W/TH in office)

Responsibilities

• Handle various customer inquiries about financial products, past and present, and offer expert solutions.

• Analyze complex problems to find first-time resolutions, collaborating with internal teams when needed.

• Educate customers on tax implications, fees, benefits, and more to ensure informed decisions.

• Grow your career with personalized development plans and monthly one-on-one meetings with leadership.
