Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Specialist in Columbus, Ohio and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do Drive the development of Cloud-based technologies, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design/development, and systems development life cycle. Participate in the delivery of comprehensive network transformation projects; help achieve the most out of existing infrastructure. Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premises to Cloud, by driving the design and development. Drive various aspects of the full software development life cycle, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; and estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design. · 80% Travel required nationally. · Telecommuting permitted. · Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Requirements Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Candidate must also have 2 years of related work experience involving each of the following: • Utilizing Oracle Service Bus (OSB) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) fusion middleware product suites to to build the environments for integration of different end systems; • Performing aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues utilizing Jenkins, RTC, and SNOW; • Converting legacy data according to current system's data structure using data warehouse concepts, including Oracle BI Publisher, and Informatica. • Designing and deploying end-to-end cloud infrastructure using Jenkins and RTC; • Defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, and designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing in On-Prem Exalogic Platform; • Performing application and data migration by architecting frameworks for standardization and automation using Jenkins and Autosys frameworks; and, • Deploying custom developed application, including process design, prototyping, code development and review, unit testing, performance testing, configuration, defect management, production deployment and training, utilizing Eclipse, Jenkins, and Selenium tools.
Other Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
