Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Columbus, Ohio and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do Manage Oracle software advisory, information technology project, and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, and interpret and report on outputs. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors, and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage the information technology project proposal development process and contribute to the advancement of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. --50% Travel required nationally. --Telecommuting permitted. --Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Requirements Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following: - Utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, Oracle Unified methodology, and Agile methodology to manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services for the Industrial Products Manufacturing and Distribution industries; - Utilizing Oracle ERP platform to support and oversee System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions; - Developing functional and technical specifications for custom developments, and interfacing with external systems via Oracles' Receivables, Collections, Bill Management, Credit Management, Payables, Payments, General Ledger, Oracle Procurement, Accounts Payables (AP), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Account Receivable (AR), Inventory, and Cash management; - Overseeing assessments of current legacy systems and business architecture by leveraging gap analysis templates to design Oracle Payables, Payments, General Ledger, Oracle Procurement, Accounts Payables (AP), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Account Receivable (AR), Inventory, and Cash management system landscapes; - Performing Oracle Procurement, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Account Receivable, Inventory, and Cash management production rollouts, and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution through use of Jira and HP Quality Center (QC) tools; and - Overseeing the tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery, and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders utilizing Jira and HP QC tools.
Other Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
