As a Solutions Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members, addressing various inquiries. You will be knowledgeable about current and legacy product suites and stay updated on changes to provide accurate information. Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Respond to incoming calls, offering expertise and addressing unstated needs.

  • Understand all product suites, including discontinued products, to assist customers.

  • Document conversations to enhance customer relationships and support strategic goals.

  • Follow all relevant regulations and policies, including FINRA requirements.

  • Educate customers on tax implications, penalties, death benefits, and plan benefits.

  • Resolve issues promptly and collaborate with internal partners for escalations.

  • Apply lean methodology in daily interactions.

  • Participate in monthly meetings with leadership to discuss career development and goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. An undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, or communications is preferred.

  • Minimum of one year in customer service or sales-related roles.
