Responsibilities Under direct supervision, performs diagnostic and risk assessments, therapy services, case management or care coordination services, and participates in observation activities. Completes administrative duties such as maintaining clinical documentation, performing consultation and outreach, and responding to incoming internal and external messages. Participates in internship program activities such as seminars and training events. Meets expectations and completes requirements of program Maintains positive patient and family experiences and contributes positive support to colleagues. Qualifications Education Requirement: Enrolled in a Master's or Doctoral program in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy, required. Licensure Requirement: Appropriate Ohio trainee license, required. Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance as required by hospital policy. Must pass motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications, and training set forth by Nationwide Children's Hospital and maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to seek and accept supervision. Effective time management and organizational skills.
