Responsibilities Accountable for identifying and attracting top-tier talent in alignment with established tools and strategies. Recruits using established Kimball Midwest tools, including street recruiting, phone contacting and screening. Provides effective follow-up with all field recruiting managers Responsible for adhering to company employment policies and procedures and any applicable laws and regulations. Actively participates in programs which promote compliance with existing and new laws.
