This position also has the flexibility to be a hybrid role. Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing API integrations in both cloud and on-premise environments. The position involves working with a variety of enterprise systems, including ADP personnel systems, Deltek Vantagepoint, and Power BI. Primary Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain API integrations across cloud and on-premise systems. Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, identify integration points, and develop customized integration solutions. Integrate and manage key enterprise systems, including ADP personnel systems, Deltek Vantagepoint, and other business software. Support and maintain existing integrations, troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring data integrity. Ensure seamless data exchange between applications to support business operations and reporting needs. Work with Power BI to facilitate data integration and reporting solutions. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure integration projects meet organizational needs. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration projects. Monitor integration performance and provide timely resolutions for issues. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent software development experience. Experience in application integration and API development preferred. Proven expertise in integrating cloud and on-premise systems through APIs. Strong hands-on experience with ADP personnel systems and Deltek Vantagepoint integration (or similar platforms). Experience working with Power BI for data integration and reporting. Proficiency with integration technologies such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, and middleware tools. Experience in developing, testing, and deploying scalable integration solutions. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integration. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with other ERP systems, HRIS, and financial systems preferred. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and integration services preferred. Familiarity with data transformation tools and ETL processes preferred.
