At the American Red Cross, your uniqueness can shine WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview): Under limited supervision, collect and evaluate data from organizational units and prepare recommendations for deliverables including financial plans and/or financial analysis. May provide business leaders with financial forecasts to support short and long - term decision making. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers. Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State, and local regulations. WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities): 1.Generate and Analyze reports to evaluate business performance results, including variance analysis and key drivers of performance for leadership. 2.Conduct and document moderately complex financial analysis projects. 3.Interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control. 4. Provide monthly revenue and/or expense analyses and reports. 5.Interact and liaison with cross-functional groups to identify and resolve issues in assigned areas of responsibility. 6. Support the development and maintenance of financial policies, procedures, and systems. Individual contributor that works under limited supervision. Apply subject matter knowledge. Capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge. The salary range for this position is $76,489.60 -$90,396.80 This job will be posted for a minimum of five business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded. Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed.
