Description Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Oversee all aspects of office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and coordination with vendors. Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Special Projects: Lead and manage special projects as assigned by senior management. This includes planning, execution, and evaluation, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination. Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries. Team Leadership: Mentor junior administrative staff and interns, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and the smooth functioning of administrative tasks. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in office processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure office policies and procedures are followed and assist in the development and implementation of new policies as needed. Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently. Technology and Systems Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of office equipment and software systems. Coordinate with IT to address any technical issues promptly. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in office administration, with at least 3 years in a senior role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio. Experience with project management and financial management tools (i.e. Basware, ChromeRiver, Smartsheet) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. This role is based in our Columbus, OH office. A reasonable rate of compensation for this position is between $57,000 to $80,000 per year.
