Description We are offering a role in the Printing/Publishing industry located in COLUMBUS, Ohio. The position is for an Accounts Receivable Clerk, providing a short term contract employment opportunity. You will be joining a workplace that values detail-oriented and organized individuals who thrive in managing customer applications and inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and managing customer credit applications with precision and efficiency

• Maintaining accurate records of customer credit

• Responding to and resolving customer inquiries related to their accounts

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary

• Conducting collections calls to ensure timely payments

• Applying cash applications to keep track of customer payments

• Performing account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial records

• Utilizing software such as NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks for various tasks

• Managing commercial collections to ensure business sustainability

• Preparing and responding to requests for statements or invoices. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

• Experience with NetSuite is a plus

• Strong knowledge and experience in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proven experience in Billing, Cash Applications, and Cash Collections

• Experience in Commercial Collections is desirable

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Adherence to confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
