Work with some of the best and brightest on a number of high-impact projects in our Consumer & Community Banking business. The Chase Leadership Development Full-Time Program ("CLDP") is a two-year rotational program designed to provide you with a uniquely broad set of experiences that will help you advance in your career and become a future leader at the firm.

Within the Full-Time Analyst program, projects may include:

  • Utilizing data analytics to measure operational effectiveness, support risk/reward related business decisions, as well as assess and forecast profit;

  • Developing business cases for new and innovative digital features and/or functionality;

  • Project management efforts for high visibility of our brands, inclusive of marketing & media initiatives;

  • Evaluating and quantifying business strategies in line with regulatory controls; and

  • Strategizing marketing initiatives, loss and performance metrics for the various Chase products and services.

Our training curriculum will enhance your business knowledge and professional and technical skills. A dedicated program manager focused on your career progression will further guide your experience. Upon successful completion of the program, you will utilize the network and knowledge gained throughout your rotations to help you identify your next role - one that best suits your interests and skills.

About You:

We're looking for highly motivated team players to be future leaders of our business!

To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis . We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. Key Qualifications :

  • Preferred minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0

  • Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5 th year M.A. or M.S. degree with expected graduation of December 2022 through June 2023

  • All majors considered !

  • Coursework in Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Analytics, or Information Systems a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Exceptional analytical, interpersonal and communication skills - We encourage everyone to bring their whole self to work because being well-rounded matters.

  • Excellent project management and problem solving skills - We love to solve problems, so be ready to share solutions .
