This is a Sr Svc Agent/Non-DOT with a company located in Columbus, MS.
Job Summary: Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: High School Diploma/G.E.D. Must obtain and maintain a valid driver's license in accordance with your state requirements for type of vehicle assigned and have good driving record as outlined in policy. Six (6) months courier experience preferred.
