Description:

Our client is looking to hire a Software Developer to sit onsite in Columbus, MS. This person will be working on their ERP system which is where the sales team enters orders, data entry, processes orders, etc.

Qualifications:

• Professional experience with modern software development practices in an enterprise environment.

• Willingness to learn new development languages and tools.

• .NET, C#, or general web development experience.

• PowerBuilder or similar OOP experience.

• Knowledge of database procedures and MSSQL concepts.

• Proven experience in project management and software development.

• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.

Day to Day:

• Reviews, analyzes, and modifies software applications including coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and installing.

• Provides user support of software applications (including bug fixes, report writing, data transformation, etc.)

• Gathers software requirements through collaboration with end users and stakeholders.
