MUST SIT ONSITE IN COLUMBUS, MS 5 DAYS PER WEEK. MUST WORK W2 WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP.

Description:

Our client is looking to bring on a .NET developer to work on their ERP system where the sales team enters orders, data entry, processes orders, etc. This individual needs to have over 3 years of .NET framework experience.

Qualifications:

• Professional experience with modern software development practices in an enterprise environment.

• Willingness to learn new development languages and tools.

• .NET, C#, or general web development experience.

• PowerBuilder or similar OOP experience.

• Knowledge of database procedures and MSSQL concepts.

• Proven experience in project management and software development.

• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.

• 2- Year Verifiable work experience in an industrial environment.

Day to Day:

• Reviews, analyzes, and modifies software applications including coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and installing.

• Provides user support of software applications (including bug fixes, report writing, data transformation, etc.)

• Gathers software requirements through collaboration with end users and stakeholders.

• Assembling and leading the project team

• Participating in and overseeing each stage of a project

• Tracking milestones, deliverables, change requests, etc. throughout project lifecycle.

• Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field. (will most likely look at someone that doesn't have a degree but has the experience)

• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

• Effective communication skills.

5 DAYS ONSITE

This role does not have flexibility for remote developers. You must sit in Columbus, MS or relocate to sit onsite 5 days a week. You must be able to work W2 without sponsorship. Unable to sponsor Visa.
