Description

Seeking a skilled Paralegal to support our legal team with a variety of legal tasks, providing high-quality services under the supervision of our lawyers. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, business ethics, and outstanding communication skills.

• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for case preparation.

• Draft and proofread legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, pleadings, and other legal correspondence.

• Assist in the preparation and management of case files and legal transactions.

• Coordinate appointments, including all correspondence and logistics necessary.

• Prepare legal reports and memorandums.

• Liaise with clients and handle queries as needed.

• Support the legal team in court proceedings, including organizing evidence and legal documentations.

• Maintain and update databases and tracking systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Paralegal.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate in Law, Paralegal Studies or a related field preferred.

• Knowledge of legal terminology, regulations, and court system.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software platforms.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and attention to detail.
