What You Will Do :

As a Managing Consultant focused on Mobility Strategy, you will be involved throughout the full sales to delivery lifecycle, from business development to project delivery. You will play a leading role in advising clients on mobility strategy across North America. This posting is intending to identify FUTURE talent.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the execution of mobility strategy workstreams / projects, ranging from strategic electric vehicle (EV) road mapping, EV market forecasting, EV business case and benefit cost analyses, EV program design, and EV regulatory filing support.

• Owning and developing client relationships, presenting to a wide range of audiences, and working day-to-day with clients and other stakeholders.

• Providing input to project directors and partners in an open and collaborative environment to help guide project delivery on a technical and strategic level.

• Coaching junior consultants and helping develop their skillsets.

• Supporting the Mobility Solutions Team’s business development activities, from initial client pitches to proposal write-ups.

What You Will Need :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or any other discipline with a quantitative focus.

• 5+ years of professional experience in the strategy consulting and / or electric mobility and / or electric power industry.

• Proven problem-solving skills with ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply.

• Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced and demanding environments.

• Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to mid- to senior-level executives.

• Ability to travel

What Would Be Nice To Have :

• Master's or MBA in Engineering, Economics, Business, or any other discipline with a quantitative focus

• Advanced understanding of the main EV market stakeholders, from electric utilities and automakers to EV charging providers and governments.

• Experience developing strategic EV roadmaps, EV market forecasts, EV business case and benefit cost analyses, designing EV programs, and supporting utilities on EV regulatory filings.

• Commercial fleet industry experience, preferably with a logistics or other transportation services provider.

• Management consulting experience

• The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.

This position is open virtually to candidates from Pacific, Central or Eastern time zones.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,400.00-$196,900.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
