TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Columbia, South Carolina

  • Customer Service Opportunities in Columbia, South Carolina*

  • Training schedule: 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries.

  • Maintains all departmental productivity, quality, and timeliness standards.

  • Initiates or processes adjustments or performs other research as needed to resolve inquiries.

  • Follows through on complaints until resolved or reports to management as needed.

  • Maintains accurate records on complaints and/or other customer comments.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experince in medical setting performing tasks such as: data entry or i nsurance verification .

  • Efficient in using a windows PC computer and navigating software system.

  • Proof of highest level of education.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
