Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative-CWB (Chubb Workplace Benefits) to join our team in the insurance industry in Columbia, South Carolina. This role involves managing customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls and emails, maintaining customer records, and processing applications. This position offers a contract-to-hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure superior customer experience by handling incoming telephone calls in a high-volume contact center environment

• Build rapport with customers and respond to their expectations in a timely, accurate, and respectful manner

• Utilize multiple systems and applications to research, analyze, and resolve customer requests and inquiries

• Maintain performance and quality standards in line with company policies

• Analyze information to make appropriate decisions and solve problems in a timely manner

• Acquire knowledge about personal lines insurance principles and Chubb and Combined products offered to our CWB customers

• Collaborate with team members and business partners to provide a positive customer experience

• Manage a full-time schedule, including possible overtime and weekend hours as needed

• Assist with special requests and complete additional tasks as assigned

• Work on other projects/duties as assigned by the management. Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support

• Strong Communication and Collaboration skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Operations and Research

• Experience with Inbound and Outbound Calls

• Familiarity with Insurance industry

• Proficiency with software 'About Time'

• Good Phone Presence

• Understanding of Benefit Functions and Hiring Processes

• Knowledge of Revenue Accounting and ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks

• Experience in Claim Administration

• Knowledge of Property Insurance

• Strong Computer Skills

• Ability to work Onsite

• Good Decision-Making and Underwriting skills

• Understanding of Salary Structures

• Ability to work well with Business Partners.
