The Educational Psychology and Research ( EDPY / EDRM ) Program in the Department of Educational and Developmental Science at the University of South Carolina ( USC ) College of Education invites applications for a full-time Clinical Assistant Professor position (9-month) in Educational Psychology. The start date for the successful applicant is anticipated for August 2025. Applicants at all levels of the professoriate are invited. Applicants should have experience with current research in educational psychology and face-to-face and/or online teaching.
Responsibilities of the successful candidate include: (1) teach undergraduate and graduate courses in educational psychology face-to-face and online; (2) participate in program, departmental, and college meetings; and (3) provide program, department, college, and university committee service.
Advertised Salary Range: Salary is competitive commensurate with experience.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Candidates must have: (1) an earned doctorate in educational psychology or a related area (e.g., learning sciences, developmental psychology); (2) a minimum of one-year prior experience with teaching educational psychology courses (e.g., child development, learning, motivation) face-to-face and/or online is required.
