Pure Touch Home Care, LLC Lead Supervisor Field Work in Columbia, Mississippi
Will be working in Columbia, MS. Provide guidance and direction to personal care attendants (PCAs/CNAs) to ensure that effective services are provided to the elderly and medically impaired clients in their homes to help ensure that they have a quality lifestyle. Make visits to clients' homes, review PCAs work and ensure that clients receive services as prescribed. Collect and prepare timesheets for billing, submit employees' hours of work for pay, and assign PCAs to clients. Troubleshoots situations as needed to ensure that goals and directives are met for service. Must have supervisory experience, no exceptions. Pay will depend on exp. Employer is looking for a supervisor to oversee personal care aides. The company has patients in several county areas. Must have a clean background. Will be scheduling work hours, inputting data into the computer system, making sure clients are staffed and satisfied, payroll, and filing.
