EquipmentShare is Hiring a Transportation Administrator
EquipmentShare is searching for a Transportation Administrator for our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to support our team as the department continues to grow.
Primary Responsibilities
Champion the process of obtaining titles and registration for company vehicles, trailers, and heavy equipment at various EquipmentShare locations
Oversee the overall fuel card process, including setting up new drivers, adding cards to new vehicles and monitoring fuel charges
Accurately document, store and keep organized all vehicle and trailer records
Maintain a transparent and consistent communication pathway between EquipmentShare branch employees and Fleet department to ensure their needs are met
Create and provide reports to support the Fleet management team using Excel or Google Sheets (and other spreadsheet tools as needed)
Review, analyze and confirm equipment/inventory purchases and leases
Maintain inventory purchase and allocation spreadsheets
Must have experience with Vlookups/Excel/Google Sheets
DOT/DMV experience
Previous fleet experience preferred

Skills & Qualifications
You have knowledge of or experience working with the Department of Transportation and/or Department of Revenue
An existing understanding of state-to-state titling and registration processing for vehicles
Strong foundation in working with spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets), using Pivot Tables and generating reports
The ability to work and collaborate with departments across the organization
You pay high attention to detail and prioritize accuracy when completing your work
You have exceptional organizational, time management and multitasking skills

Offer support to branch inquiries
Help manage vehicle inventory
Communicate with the branches regarding received units
Help with the managing of fuel cards, tolls, vehicle registration and titles
