Manpower is hiring soldering and assembly techs for American Outdoor Brands in Columbia, MO! These full-time permanent opportunities are offering 40 hours weekly with the potential of overtime. No nights or weekends required!

Job Title: Soldering and Assembly

Location: Columbia, MO

Pay Range: $15.50 starting wage

What’s the Job?

• Hand soldering small electrical components

• This role may remain seated for the entire shift while working

• Operate and inspect all tools and equipment necessary to complete work

• Using small handheld tools

• Working from blueprints and diagrams

• Test and calibrate assembled pieces according to specifications

What’s Needed?

• Good attention to detail

• Soldering experience a plus but not required

• Onsite soldering test will be completed

• Able to use small hand tools

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and depth perception

• Ability to read and write in English

• Employment is subject to a background check and drug screen.
