Aerotek is currently hiring for long-term, contract-to-hire career opportunities with a fantastic company in Columbia, MO. These roles have potential for career and compensational growth.

Job Description

Employees will:

• Build, assemble, inspect, and repair products

• Perform simple and complex maintenance on production and support machines

• Review and complete necessary processes to document production process, yield, rework, scrap, etc.

• Verify that all completed work conforms to production quality standards

• Communicate requests and requirements to maintenance, engineering, and other various department

• Suggest ways to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery

• Set up/program and run complex equipment and machine tools used in the production of products

• Perform both simple and complex maintenance on production and support machines

• Review and complete necessary data capture

• Review processes and implement improvements per change procedures (i.e., copy exact)

• Run and maintain test equipment per procedure

Hard Skills

• Building and assembling products

• Setting up/programming and running complex equipment

• Data capture and analysis

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Columbia, Missouri.

Shift

3:00pm - 1:30am, Monday- Friday
