As a Clinical Learning and Development Specialist, you will collaborate with supervisors and leaders across our organization to assess learning and development needs, create impactful training solutions, and elevate clinical competencies.

As a Clinical Learning and Development Specialist, you get to:
Collaborate with program supervisors, directors, and executive leaders to assess the learning and development needs of our organization.
Identify and design impactful training solutions tailored to our associates, ensuring that they are set up for success.
Manage clinical training activities and associated data efficiently in our databases.
Research, design, and implement innovative training methods to enhance employee effectiveness and overall performance.
Create, edit, and review engaging educational and training materials for diverse audiences.
Provide support and take on additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Clinical Training and Consultation.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Master's Degree in mental health or a closely related field
Knowledge of adult learning theories strongly preferred
Prefer provisionally licensed or fully licensed candidates (PLPC, LPC, LMSW LCSW, PLMFT LMFT, or other closely related clinical license)
