Job Description

Employees will be:

• Working as a part of a culinary team, providing top-notch dining experiences at a prestigious university's athletic event

• Tasked with preparing ingredients, cooking using various equipment, and serving food to VIP and premium clients during athletic games

• Providing effective food presentation/arrangement, and ensuring the highest quality of served meals

• Cleaning and organizing the kitchen

• Adhering to health and safety standards

Shift

9:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday

• Extended/overtime hours available on weekdays and on weekends for athletic events

• Overtime is mandatory, but it is highly seasonal (Working 40-60 hours a week)

Desired Skills

• Ingredient preparation is preferred, but not required

• Cooking experience using grills, deep fryers, and ovens is preferred

• Food safety

• Excellent customer service

• Food quality control experience

Work Environment

The position involves working both standard and extended hours in a busy athletic environment, particularly during game days. The role requires flexibility with a schedule that includes weekends and potential overtime opportunities.
